This lovely fully furnished 2 bedroom home in Consejo Shores can be yours to rent by the week or by the month. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The washer and dryer are included.
Rental Terms:
Long term rentals require that first and last months rent and a security deposit be paid prior to occupancy. Weekly rentals must be paid in full with a security deposit prior to occupancy.
Rental rates include once per month cleaning and landscape maintenance as needed. Renter pays Electric Bill (average $100 per month - much higher if AC is used.) Renter also pays for butane gas for the stove and water heater. Phone and internet service is available through Belize Telemedia.
